For patients

3) How to access medications in an emergency or disaster
- If you are experiencing a life‑threatening emergency, call 911.
- For medication access during weather events, evacuation, or displacement, call our 24/7 on‑call line at 866‑642‑2920. We can:
- Arrange an emergency supply when allowed by your plan and state rules,
- Ship to a temporary address, or

4) How to check your prescription status
